Staff Appreciation Day is a reflection of the care, dedication, and passion our educators bring every single day. We are so grateful to our families for helping make this day unforgettable, and to our amazing staff team for the care and commitment they show to the children in our care. At Tiny Hoppers Richmond East, we set up a poster in the hallway where families could write messages of appreciation. For those who couldn’t stop by in person, we invited them to email their notes, which we printed and added to the poster. Watching the poster fill up with kind words, gratitude, and heartfelt messages was a reminder of the wonderful community we share!
Our families went above and beyond to show their appreciation. Along with the kind messages, we also received delicious cakes, treats, chocolates, and thoughtfully written cards. Along with the kind messages from our families, our leadership team made sure the staff felt extra special. Thoughtful gifts were given to each team member, along with a pizza lunch so staff could enjoy some well-deserved recognition!
