Happy Diwali to all our friends celebrating!!
Diwali (also called Divali or Deepavali) is a “festival of lights” that celebrates the triumph of light over dark and good over evil, and the blessings of victory, freedom, and enlightenment. Here our squirts class enjoyed a tuff tray of loose parts in a Diwali theme. Our tiniest hoppers had so much fun exploring the different materials and textures.
We love to incorporate tuff tray exploration in our loose parts, and as you can see our friends love the tuff tray to! Loose parts are an important way for our younger children to work on and develop their fine motor skills, problem solving and even sorting too. Such a fun way to learn!
