OWNERS:
CLOSURE FRIDAY MAY 19, 2023
All of our staff will be attending an all-day training session on Friday May 19, 2023. This training will focus on emergent curriculum concepts, EpiPen training, lockdown procedures and Policies & Procedures, which will benefit our teachers as well as your children.
We will be closing on this day to allow for our (PD) professional development session. Therefore, we kindly ask that you make plans for your child that day, so that we may seize this opportunity to ensure that your teachers are well trained.

MISS CHERYL, CHEF:
Miss Chery’s new menu has been posted at the front on the bulletin boards for you all to see!
INFANTS:
For the month of May, we will be focusing on gardening, flowers and planting an apple tree with a seed.
We will also be making special treasures for all their wonderful moms to celebrate on Mother’s Day!
TODDLERS:
April showers bring MAY flowers and we have been embracing Spring!
In May, we will be learning all bout Outer Space, Bugs and Music!
We will also be practicing our gross motor skills!
SPECIAL DAYS:
- May 4th – Wear your Star Wars/Galactic shirts! May the fourth be with you!
- May 5th – Cinco de Mayo – We’ll do crafts and read books about it.
- May 12th – The children will be bringing home special treasures for all their wonderful moms to celebrate on Mother’s Day!
PRESCHOOL:
We can’t believe it’s May already! May is a significant month for everyone because it is the month we get to celebrate and honor our moms. The children at Preschool are excited to make something special for their mommies.
This month we are looking forward to growing seeds for our garden. We’ll be busy preparing the garden and planting the seedlings.
We’re also celebrating Cinco de Mayo. We’ll do crafts and read books about it.
Reminder: Please don’t forget to bring your child’s splash pants to the classroom when you drop your child off in the morning.
