JULY 2022 NEWSLETTER

OWNERS:

JULY CHANGES: 

We will be eliminating the child/family screening sheet beginning July 1st, 2022.  We still require that you inform us if your child, family member or close contact has:

  • Travelled outside of Canada
  • Been exposed to a positive covid case
  • If there are any child/family symptoms
  • Inform us if your child or a member of your family has covid

Covid is still among us, so please remember the June 2022 Covid Manual is still in effect and the only change is the elimination of the written screening sheet, everything else is the same.

DIRECTOR:

A friendly reminder that the cut off for drop off is 9 am, unless your child has an appointment that we are aware of, and also please inform us if your child will be absent.

INFANTS:

July will be all about summer and nature.

We will have warm and cold sensory activities, painting with natures. (branches, leaves, etc..)

We also will have lots of water activities. Let’s enjoy summer while it lasts. Please remember to bring lots of extra clothes, sunhat, towel and water shoes if you have and a bag for wet clothes. (all labelled please)

Its also important to apply sunscreen on your child before drop off in the mornings.

TODDLERS:

Hello Toddler families!!

July has finally come, say hello to beautiful warm sunny days!!

This month is all about fantasy in the toddler classes. We are learning about fairies, pirates, dragons, princesses, princes and more. We have some fun activities and art planned we know the kids will love.

We will also continue to work on independence, patience and our please and thank you’s.

To beat the heat, we will be having a lot of water play outside, so please remember to bring lots of extra clothes, sunhat and water shoes if you have and a bag for wet clothes. (all labelled please)

PRESCHOOL:

We can’t believe it’s July already. We’ll be taking advantage of the sunny weather.

This month, the children will enjoy summer-themed activities and lots of water play.

  •  July 18th will be ice cream day.

Please make sure that your child has the following everyday and labelled: a hat, extra clothes (shirt, shorts, a pair of underwear, a pair of socks), a towel, a pair of water shoes, and a bag for wet clothes.
