We noticed children’s affection for the book ‘Little Cloud’ and it inspired us to create a felt story invitation to play. As part of our ongoing exploration of sky, we focused on Rain!
We prepared cups with holes underneath to simulate rain, allowing the children to explore the flow of water. They eagerly filled up their cups and watched as the water poured out, scooping and splashing as they experimented with the water
In order to continue on children’s interest in the rain we set up the activities that hammered a cloud made of blue cotton balls to express the rainfall
