Here at Tiny Hoppers Kanata North, we understand how important it is to create a sense of community, within our community! These incredible fire men and women came to our center to teach our littles all about fire safety and prevention! These awesome heroes put on the best show! Our littles not only got to see and learn all about the different tools firefighters use, they also got to touch them and take a tour of the fire trucks!
The firefighters filled our little ones brains will educational information on what to do in the event of a fire emergency, as well as walking them through every step a firefighter would take to prepare for a fire emergency. Our littles were absolutely infatuated with the lights, sounds, and the extremely tall ladder!
The learning extended after the visit into coloring fire trucks, playing with firefighter toys, as well as using spray bottles to “put out” a fire drawn on a tuff tray in chalk.
