We got to bake our own banana bread with our cook Cheryl. For some of us it was the very first time that we ever baked something.
Cheryl incorporated a story about the children and their feelings as we added each ingredient into the bowl.
Lots of giggles and laughter along with the blender swirled and turned the banana.
The best part was getting to taste it for our afternoon snack.
