This Friday was all about the traffic light, invented by Garrett Morgan. Our tykes pretended to drive and followed traffic signs set up around the classroom.Some friends worked together to build buildings and style the roads using LEGO and wooden blocks. At the tables, they created their own traffic lights by gluing ripped paper, and they used Hot Wheels cars to drive along road-shaped tracks. To wrap it up, the tykes enjoyed driving cars on the road carpet, putting all their learning into action! 🚗🚦🛑
