In this activity, the table became more than just a piece of furniture—it transformed into a sensory “cube.” Infants were able to crawl through, spin objects, transport items, and experiment with removing and connecting materials. Additionally, this type of open-ended exploration helps build confidence and encourages infants to take safe risks as they discover how their bodies move within a space. As observed, the infants were deeply engaged and fully immersed, demonstrating focus, curiosity, and persistence.
