MARCH 2023 NEWSLETTER

March 1, 2023

OWNERS:

As of March 1st, 2023, we will be removing the mandatory mask wearing by the parents.  If you still wish to continue for your own safety, please do so.

We do ask that if you have any symptoms and are sick that you do not enter the centre, and if you have a lingering cough after recovering from being sick, that you continue to wear a mask until you are 100% better.

CHEF, CHERYL:

MISS CHERYL will have some nice St. Patrick inspired recipes for March 17th!  As well as a new menu for March 1st!

 

INFANTS:

For the month of March, we will be focusing on Spring, flowers and gardening.  We also will experiment with warm and cold.  We will have lots of art activities and sensory for St. Patrick’s Day.

  • Special date: Friday March 17th (wear green)
  • March 27 – PJ Day

 

TODDLERS:

March is coming soon!  We have a super fun month of learning planned.  We’ll be learning about animals, and St. Patty’s Day with the color GREEN as one of the main themes.  Be sure to wear green on St. Patty’s day!  We will also be learning all about shapes and hot and cold temperatures, this will mostly be a sensory learning experience!  Please don’t forget it will be PJ day on March 27th!  Happy March

PRESCHOOL:

We are so excited for spring! Spring is a time for new beginnings. We will be busy planting seeds that will grow into big plants for our garden. We will get to learn more about plants and what they need to grow.

Spring is almost here! Hence, we will be talking about rain and rainbows. We’ll be playing in the yard rain or shine. Please make sure that your child has the appropriate clothing for the weather.  Please bring extra clothes and always check your bags for wet stuff.

Lastly, on March 17, we will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. Please don’t forget to wear green.
