Please remember that we are closed from Dec 24 – Jan 3rd, inclusive, and re-opening January 4th 2021!
If you are still on holidays for January 4th, 2021 please let us know so that we can staff accordingly.
STAFF SPOTLIGHT:
Beginning each month in our newsletter, we will choose one staff member to focus on & share some insight about them so that you can know your teachers just a little bit better!
This month it is Ms. Nichole! It will be 4 years in Feb 2021 since Ms. Nichole, one of the owners and a teacher originally in the toddler class, and currently a preschool teacher. We are so lucky to have her on our team! Her co-workers describe her as:
“Reliable, funny, kind, caring, sweet, fun, a great friend, committed to what she is doing, hardworking, she is my favourite, beautiful inside and out, dependable, amazing, intelligent, friendly, team player, super nice, focused, entertaining, spicy, she is dedicated and always ready to serve others, she is an awesome teacher”
INFANTS:
This month is filled with festive activities. We have planned many Christmas and Winter themed activities for the children to explore! They will be creating art work, reading stories and exploring/strengthening their fine motor & gross motor skills!

TODDLERS:
This month, we will be “welcoming the holidays” in the toddler class. December is the month we celebrate one of the worldwide public holidays, Christmas. For this reason, we will be exploring its different aspects. This will be done through Christmas inspired crafts, activities, books, and songs. You will receive a lot of Christmas related art at home during this month. On December 21st, we will be decorating some gingerbread house. We will also work getting ourselves into our own winter gear, and have lots fun with the snow.

PRESCHOOL:
December is a month of love and magic! Be sure to take time to hug and spend time making happy memories with your families. It will be very busy in our preschool bubble this month. We have many songs, and finger play poems planned for the children. They will be creating beautiful art work to decorate their homes with for the holidays. We also have many winter and Christmas themed activities planned.
Be sure to mark the following days on your calendar as we watch the excitement and joy on the children’s faces as they get to experience new adventures!
