Pumpkin Carving Competition

October 26, 2020

It is that time of the year, when leaves changes color and the smell of pumpkin is in the air.  This marks our first year hosting our very own pumpkin carving competition among all our programs.

Our Junior Kindergarten students has been working hard on washing, scooping and designing their master jack-o-lantern, to enter into the contest.

This activity involves all five senses, as they pull and tug to gut the pumpkin, and working on their fine motor skills as they carve through their designed. When completed, the aroma of the pumpkin lingers in the room as they stand and admire their finish product.
