With Remembrance Day today here are some activities from our preschool and toddler room last week! The preschoolers made beautiful poppy wreathes which were hung in the classroom for display and also the week before the children made beautiful smaller poppies to be displayed on our dramatic play house! The children in preschool also painted with potatoes to make poppy flowers for art! The children used their fine motor and gross motor skills to hold the potato and stamp!
In our toddler room the children were given some red loose parts to put together to make “poppy flowers”.
