To thank families for supporting our educators to attend these professional days . Follow see what our learning outcome during our professional development day was like! Learning about new opportunities for play spaces to explore. Nourish our minds with the benefits of loose parts and outdoor invitations. Collaboration of finding inner childhood memories to share to create compassionate ideas with loose parts is ready to provide an active learning environment. Educators have hands-on learning with the guide of the flight curriculum framework and workshop coordinator. These two components were additions to each educator’s vision of places of vitality in our rooftop space. Furthering our knowledge allows us to continually provide new play spaces for the children in our care. With the inspiration of others, we can create endless possibilities for a responsive environment. The benefits of PD Day to validate work-life balance, freshen the mind with multiple sessions in one day, committed educators to further learning as a team to create stronger bonds, relationships, and joy with each other. Co-learn these theories together to reflect and gain knowledge together. Gaining multiple perspectives of one theory we will bring a different aspect to share with our families, coworkers, and children to create a community of learning.
