With the busy holiday season quickly approaching, we wanted to offer to have your child cared for at their home away from home, so that you can start or complete your shopping for the holidays, without having the little ones at your feet!

INFANTS:
This coming November, the infants are going to have a lot of fun activities that include cognitive, Hand-Eye coordination, gross motor
and fine motor skills. Reminder for the parents: Please bring in extra mittens and socks just in case of wet weather. Thank you!

TODDLERS:
November already!! Soon we will have snow!! This month, not only do we have some great activities for Remembrance Day planned. We also are excited to learn about winter animals and snow. We will of course continue to work on our independence, read tons of books and do a lot of art. Please remember to have proper outdoor clothing available in your child’s cubby. Like splash pants, snow pants, gloves and hats.

PRESCHOOL:
The cool weather is upon us, so please make sure to dress your children appropriately. Have extra clothes in their bag for indoors and outdoors (also extra pair of mittens and toques). We go outside every day.
This month, we will be focusing on food and nutrition. We will also explore the colour of different foods and will sort out healthy and unhealthy foods. Also, we will be doing lots of winter activities and art and this will give us a chance to improve our cognitive and fine motor skills.
