This week our Toddlers made bird feeders! They used paper towel rolls and rolled them in glue and bird seed and with the help of the teacher, they hung them outside the classroom window. The Toddlers waited patiently as the birds began to feed from their homemade feeders. This is an engaging activity that promotes sensory exploration, a sense of belonging and incorporates nature into the classroom.
