Our Toddlers brought the outdoors- indoors! They loved exploring the different properties of the snow including temperature, texture and its ability to melt in their hands! To enhance the activity, the educators added coloured water in squirt bottles for the toddlers to be creative to make different coloured snow. They also noticed the different colours mixing to make new colours! This activity incorporates several different learning opportunities like sensory exploration, fine motor, social development and science.
