Our toddler class at Tiny Hoppers Sportsworld was showing a lot of interest in books about bears and forests. To enhance this interest, teachers planned a dramatic area that was enticing and exciting for the children. They were able to enter the room with lots of different options for activities that were based on their interest while still building on essential skills like fine motor, creative, cognitive, and dramatic play. Planning learning objectives when children are interested, means they learn through play!
