Our preschool classroom at Tiny Hoppers Sportsworld has been enjoying using their gross motor skills outdoors in the snow. They love making snow angels, collecting snow and scooping it. To enhance the children’s learning with the interest of snow, our wonderful teachers planned a creative activity by creating fake snow to engage them in a creative activity. This gave the children a chance to explore different textures, sensations and allowed them to be creative with their use of a new material. We love extending their interests into meaningful activities that enhance their skills!
