The Tiny Seed

Our Tiny Tykes 2 classroom has incorporated the story, ‘ The Tiny Seed’ into program and made it into their own masterpiece for the classroom door. Each child got to bring an orange petal home and decorate it with their families however way they wanted. This allowed for extended teaching outside of the classroom and created a more positive experience for the children.
Creating an environment that welcomes families into the space, inviting their perspectives and providing opportunities for families to participate in meaningful ways on an ongoing basis, supports their sense of belonging.
