Exploring loose parts at Tiny Hoppers Sportsworld has been a lot of fun. Anything can be a loose part – tubes, balls, tires and more. The children are able to use the loose parts in multiple ways so their creativity can blossom. A tube can become an item for dramatic play like a telescope, or used in the building area to make a tower, or used as a tunnel for cars and balls! Here the preschool children are using balls and cars to create their own ball drop – it’s a combination of cognitive, gross motor and fine motor skills. The possibilities are endless with loose parts!
