As Earth Day approaches, we are talking a lot about the importance of caring about our world! Our amazing educators set up a great sensory and social emotional activity! Our toddlers absolutely loved learning about cause and effect and stamping motions as they dipped their tiny hands into blue or green paint and stamped their hand prints onto a mural. Another big hit were our handmade sensory bottles filled with ocean life!
We love art and painting! Our toddlers adored working on their fine motor and coloring mixing skills with our handmade ocean sensory bags! Our teachers got creative and had the children painting the Earth with something very unconventional, balloons! Giving children unconventional items to use helps foster their creativity and imagination, showing them that they can use different items to reach the same goals.
