Our infant teachers are always stimulating babies’ sensory. Sensory play is an important part of a child’s growth, especially in the infant program. As it tapes into all their senses when they are working with the material. They are able to learn to block out noises which is not important and focus on the play which is occurring with their peer. It also encourages fine and gross motor skills. As well, it sensory play builds nerve connections in the brain’s pathway, allowing the child to have the ability to complete more complex learning task as they continue to grow.
