During the month of August, Tiny Hoppers all over were raising money for the Make A Wish Foundation. Through the Father Daughter Ball held in Ottawa and numerous Fundraising BBQ’s at the Early Learning Centres, as well as smaller events such as the Bake Sale that the Stoney Creek Centres held.
Our toddlers wanted to be a part of the action, so as their small group activity the children and Ms. Brittany worked to create some yummy brownies to sell. And Eat!
The children were apart of the process from start to yummy finish. The took a sniff of the powder, helped to measure and pour the wet ingredients, and mixed the batter together.
Ms. Brittany put the brownies in the oven to bake and when they were done the children put one pan out to sell and ate the other! What a great way for the children to be involved in raising money for such a wonderful cause. Way to go Toddlers!!!
