Tiny Hoppers Gateway has had a busy month! We celebrated our first Valentine’s Day with a class party, learned about Chinese New Year (the year of the OX!), and are currently exploring Black History Month. We got creative with loose parts, made our families Valentine gifts, used chopsticks to make dumplings, learned new songs and poems, tried a new cultural fruit (the Pomelo), created our very own in centre hair salon, learned about Garrett Morgan the inventor of the traffic light, and are in the process of creating a class Kente quilt!
