September has been a month of big changes and even bigger emotions. As we said goodbye to many of our little friends transitioning to school, our hearts were filled with pride and excitement for the journeys ahead of them. At the same time, we were so pleased to welcome many new friends into our center. We are already enjoying getting to know each child and their families, and we look forward to a wonderful year together.

Transitions can sometimes feel a little bumpy, but thanks to our amazing staff and the incredible resilience of the children, we moved through this period with patience, kindness, and lots of smiles. Everyone adjusted beautifully.

One of the highlights of this month was Orange Shirt Day, held in commemoration of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. The children had the opportunity to use their fine motor skills to create meaningful process art, helping them explore the importance of honoring every child’s story and ensuring that every child feels seen, valued, and safe.

We are proud of all the growth, learning, and connections made this month, and we are excited for everything the new season will bring.
