Alphabet Smack

This is a fun game for teaching letter recognition.  Place out the alphabet letters on the floor.  You can simply purchase a cheap alphabet line and cut it up or program some playing cards.  Provide each child playing with a fly swatter.  Call out a letter of the alphabet.  The children must search for the corresponding letter and see who can “SMACK” it first with their swatter!  FUN!
