5 Green and Speckled Frogs is a very popular topic and song in our toddler room! The children have been singing and dancing to this song for weeks so the educators created a sensory tuff tray with frogs, lily pads, logs and books! The children enjoyed exploring the tuff tray using their fine motor skills to hold and move the frogs and “make them jump”. They used the logs to build little homes for the frogs or practice stacking. They looked at the books and the educators also had the song playing in the background while they explored and played.
