Mother’s Day and Educators Appreciation

We had a wonderful April filled with fun and meaningful experiences. We kicked things off by celebrating Easter with a fantastic egg hunt. A hidden grand golden egg had the children eagerly searching and laughing together. It was such a joy to see their excitement and teamwork. To make it even more exciting, the class that found the most eggs won a special prize: a pizza lunch!

To wrap up the month, we held a special Princess/Superhero Day. The children came dressed as their favorite characters, and the highlight of the day was a visit from a real community superhero, an RCMP officer! The children were thrilled to meet them and had the opportunity to learn a bit about their important role in our community. To show their appreciation, the children worked together to create a heartfelt thank-you card recognizing their service.

As we move into May, we have more special moments to look forward to. On May 8th, we will celebrate and show our appreciation for our incredible educators who work so hard every day to support and care for the children.

We will also celebrate Mother’s Day and take time to recognize all of our wonderful moms. Thank you for everything you do, you are truly appreciated!

To end the month, we are excited to host a Parent Appreciation Fun Fair, combining celebrations for both Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. It will be a fun filled event for families to enjoy together, and a chance for us to show our gratitude for your continued support.
