Our Toddler educators constantly observe the immense love for painting and messy art in the class. So, our little artists have been busy exploring textures, colours, and creativity through our DIY textured mural board!
Using different materials like cotton pads, pinecones, foil, cardboard, and paint, the children are strengthening their fine motor skills, sensory exploration, and hand-eye coordination while creating their own unique masterpiece.
This open-ended activity also encourages problem-solving, creativity, and self-expression as the children decide how to paint, touch, and decorate each section of the mural. We love seeing their imaginations come to life while they learn through play!
