✨ Holiday Fun at Tiny Hoppers South Surrey! ✨

Our Hoppers have been busy diving into the magic of the season, and our holiday-themed dramatic play area is looking wonderfully festive! The children have truly embraced the spirit of the holidays with hands-on activities that spark creativity, exploration, and so much joy.

This week, our little learners have been making their own “snow” using flour—a sensory favourite! They loved scooping, pouring, and feeling the soft texture run through their fingers, turning imaginative play into a wintry wonderland.

In our art area, the classroom smells absolutely beautiful thanks to the fresh pine leaves the children have been using to create nature-inspired holiday artwork. It’s been such a lovely way to connect sensory learning with creativity.

We’ve also been focusing on those important fine motor skills. The children practiced using tweezers to fill our egg carton Christmas trees with colourful pom poms. This activity not only helps strengthen their little hands but also brings out so much concentration and pride as they decorate their mini trees.

We can’t wait to see what more holiday magic our Hoppers create next! 🎄✨
