Our summer was packed full of activities for the children. Each week we had a new adventure. Field trips included Clip ‘n’ Climb, Prairie Gardens, Kinsmen Park and Hawrelack Park – where we roasted hot dogs, made s’mores and played backyard games.
We invited Mad Scientists to do awesome science demonstrations for the children and Crankpots to paint beautiful masterpieces. Children were so proud to present their parents their new handprint plates and mugs.
We finished off the summer with an epic foam party. We filled most of our backyard with piles of foam – so much in fact, the children could hide in it and jump out and scare their friends.
The summer may be over, but the fun doesn’t stop here at Summerside. Stay tuned for our next adventures!
