AUGUST NEWSLETTER

August 1, 2020

OWNERS:

I wanted to thank you for entrusting your children with us during this unprecedented time in our lives.  We have been so grateful for your words of encouragement, kind gestures (our bellies are never empty), and adhering to the rules and regulations that have been put in place.  You have made our job that much easier.  As you have heard, we will be increasing our numbers again in September as the Ministry has instructed and we will update you on the additional protocols once we get direction from them.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, MS TAINA

I hope everyone is enjoying the beautiful weather. This is just a reminder to use the new screening forms that we sent on parent portal. As we will have more children in August, we may take a bit more time to retrieve your child and ask that you please continue having patience while we screen everyone. You are all doing amazing with the changes. I hope you all have a great month!

STAFF SPOTLIGHT

Beginning each month in our newsletter, we will choose one staff member to focus on & share some insight about them so that you can know your teachers just a little bit better!

This month it is Mrs Alice, she is one of our amazing preschool teachers.  In July 2020, Ms Alice has been with us for 2 years. We are so lucky to have her on our team!  Her co-workers describe her as:

“Kind, patient, amazing, beautiful, lovely, has a big heart, funny, a great momma, loving, honest to a fault, positive, hardworking, energetic,  amazing, humble,  supportive, warmhearted, highly educated, inclusive with children and staff, resilient, inspiring, very friendly.”
