The children were talking with the staff about the snow melting and what was going to happen next outside. They were interested in how the flowers were going to grow. The staff then got some seeds and soil and the children helped to plant them. They read a story about talking care of the seeds. Over the past few weeks the children have watered and watched them grow. There are vegetables and will be planted outside for the summer to grow some of our own food for lunches.
