Raindrops

2021-03-12

Our little toddlers are painting using a different medium: eye droppers

We mixed blue food colouring on the water and cut out an umbrella shape for this project.

Creating art projects can be fun and engaging and also target developing fine motor skills. For this simple project, the children “made it rain” on their umbrella picture.

They experimented on different ways to hold on to the droppers and how much they squeeze out, observing how the water runs. It was such a delight to see how it turned out!

An activity you can try at home too during the spring break! 🙂
