We love to repurpose things around the classroom! We used our beds for lots of fun things (cleaned well, of course.) First, we made a bridge to crawl under. Some children pretended to be cars driving under a bridge while others pretended to be various different animals crawling through a dark cave! Next, we made some car ramps. We raced our cars down the beds to see who would get to the bottom first, and who could get their car to go the furthest! The children were really excited about getting to use their beds this way and it was a great gross motor experience as well!
