Children love to help, I think we all know that, we also know that when children help out with anything they feel extremely proud of themselves when the task at hand is completed. When our toddler educators had the idea of making banana yogurt popsicles with their class, I knew they would love it. The children used plastic knives(with an educator close by) to cut up their bananas, and the educators did hand over hand to help the children scoop some yogurt into the molds. The popsicles were placed in the freezer, and the children got to enjoy them after naptime, boy oh boy did they ever love them.
