Winter Wonderland

Snowy/Cold days. Lately my daycare friends haven’ t been able to go outside. We have been planning extra crafts and activities to keep them busy so they don’t climb the walls. Here are 3 winter crafts that we have been doing inside the classrooms to keep the children busy. Paper crafts such as snowflakes, snow globes, snowmen, penguins and other winter themed animals. You can use them in a collage or decorate with glitter. Popsicle Stick Crafts such as Snowflakes, houses..you can use glue and glue them together to make a variety of shapes and objects. Paper Plate Crafts, you can fold and cut into shapes and decorated, use paint, markers and yarn and sequins. The possibilities are endless.
