Fishy Colour Sorting

For this activity we created fish bowls that say “Place the green fish in the bowl” etc…  We then cut out fish in the different colours of the rainbow.  Children took turns sorting the fish into the corresponding coloured fish bowls.  Tip- when programming the fish bowls, write the colour word in the matching coloured ink to help the early readers out.
