Here is a super easy way to make a paper plate fish. Cut a triangle shape out of a paper plate to make the mouth of the fish. Flip the same triangle and attach to the back of the plate to make the tail. Decorate with paint and collage items like tin foil, tissue paper, sequins, and glitter! So easy and so cute!
