Hello Tiny Hopper Families!
We want you to know that we truly understand how difficult it is to drop-off and pick-up your children each day without having the chance to meet or chat with the teachers that they are spending their days with. Dealing with separation anxiety is impactful on every parent’s day, as much as it is on the child’s!
Our Teaching Staff is a crucial component of our centre’s success, and we realize the importance of minimizing the frequency of changes. It is a priority of ours to ensure that, through all transitions, we support, communicate, and provide continuity and consistency for the children and their families, as well as the centre. As we all navigate through this unusual time, it is inevitable that we will, occasionally, have to make some staff changes in order to accommodate the ever-changing enrolment and Covid-19 guidelines.
At Tiny Hoppers, we pride ourselves on having the most dedicated and professional Educators. Our Educators bring with them their highly qualified and unique experiences, along with an incredible passion for the growth, learning, and development of children of all ages!
Under normal circumstances, we would ensure that you are properly introduced to the Teaching Staff upon enrolment, as well as each time a change takes place. However, during this time, we have to be creative with our introductions and use other means. Communication between the Educators and Families can be fostered through our Sandbox Parent Portal on a day-to-day basis. We are also willing to arrange a Zoom Meeting or even a simple phone call to help personalize this relationship even further.
This Staff Introductory will be updated as needed and distributed to all of our families. We are also currently working on a short video clip of each teacher to give you an even greater sense of personal interactions.
Tiny Hoppers is dedicated to open and on-going communication ~ to encouraging families to share their thoughts, suggestions, frustrations, concerns, and positive feedback around this area of our service.
